It's been a hot hot week. Everyone hangs out in front of the fan. G snapped this picture from the barn cam. Xena and Bamboo are best buds.

Never a Dull moment

I looked out the window and saw Heidi in the yard all by herself. The goats NEVER are alone. They do everything as a herd. I went to check on her and found she stuck her head through the fence. I worked for about 1/2 hour trying to pull her head back out. Her horns prevented her from getting out. I finally had to cut the fence.  

This weekend is going to be a long overdue hoof trimming and copper bolus. I have done 3 so far this morning. Only 19 more to go.
