FRIDAY FARM REPORT 5/1/2020

I've Had Enough!!!

The rain can stop at any time. I have had enough of wading through ankle deep mud. We can't get the tractor out to clean the barns. They are in desperate need of a cleaning but we are too old to be hauling wheelbarrows of muck.

The garden needs cleaned out but it is nothing but mud. I know in a few months we will probably be begging for some rain. But for know enough rain please!

We are getting closer to more kidding. Prim is huge and has a full udder. Poor girl is miserable.

Harmony is bigger than she was but hasn't developed her udder. We still have 2 weeks for them

Honey and Madison are doing well. She is such a good mama. She doesn't let him out of her sight. He is a character. He has challenged and tried to head butt the big goats. He's been rolled a couple of times but goes back for more. a couple more weeks and he will have playmates more his size. He weighs 7 lbs 11 oz now. He has no problem eating.

All the goats got their vaccinations this week. Hoof trimming is on the agenda. My most dislike chore

How was your week?
